Comma is based on asynchronous granular synthesis and algorithmic composition. It takes advantage of the timer object of CPS, to both control the output of the grains and to control the automation. Comma has two grain generators that they can switch to different waveforms either manually [for a monochrome cloud] or randomly [for a transchrome cloud]. The frequency of each grain can also be automated by specifying a lower and an upper frequency range or it can be manually controlled. The same applies to the grain's duration, panning or volume.
